These terms govern your use of the Mood Street iOS app and moodstreet.ai (together, the "Service"), operated from France. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].
1. What Mood Street is — and isn't
Mood Street is a market-sentiment game for entertainment and education. You express bullish or bearish opinions on financial assets, and the market grades those opinions after a fixed window.
Not investment advice. Nothing in the Service — cards, charts, crowd percentages, AI analyst votes and commentary, leaderboards, recaps, or anything else — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or asset. Mood Street is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or licensed investment adviser. AI analyst content is automatically generated and can be wrong. Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Never make investment decisions based on the Service; past performance, real or simulated, does not predict future results.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
- Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials to yourself. One account per person.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete Account), which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Mood Coins and scores
Mood Coins, accuracy records, titles, streaks, and ranks are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for anything. To keep the game fair we may re-score, adjust, or reset balances and records — for example to fix scoring errors or address manipulation.
4. Fair play
Don't attack, abuse, or game the Service. That includes creating multiple or automated accounts, manipulating votes or crowd sentiment, scraping, probing or disrupting our infrastructure, reverse-engineering the app, impersonating others, or using offensive usernames or display names. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and remove content or scores connected to them.
5. The Service may change
Mood Street is under active development. Features, scoring rules, AI analysts, data sources, and availability can change, pause, or end at any time. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mood Street is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from investment decisions, from inaccurate or delayed market data or AI-generated content, or from interruption of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, code, and content (other than third-party market data), belongs to Mood Street. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers in the EU may also rely on the mandatory protections and courts of their country of residence.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and notify you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
