Report an image

Effective September 5, 2026

Use this form to ask us to take an image off Mood Street, whether it is an image of you or an image someone else posted that should not be there. You do not need an account, you do not need to name a law, and you do not need to write in legal language. Tell us where the image is and why it should come down, and a person will read it.

Intimate images shared without consent come down within 48 hours. If an intimate image or video of you, real or AI generated, has been posted on Mood Street without your consent, you or someone authorised to act for you can report it here. We remove valid reports, and any identical copies we know about, within 48 hours of receiving the report. We also tell you what we did.

Send us the report

Link to the image or the post If you have the address of the image file itself, paste that: it starts with https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com and it lets us find the exact file and any identical copies we hold. A link to the post (https://moodstreet.ai/floor/...) works too. If you have no link at all, leave this empty and describe where the image is below.

Where the image is and why it should be removed For example: the username that posted it, roughly when it was posted, what the image shows, and why it should not be there. The more precise you are, the faster we can find it. Up to 1000 characters, send a second report if you need more room.

Your email address We use it only to send you a receipt with your reference number and to tell you what we decided.

This is an intimate image or video of me, or of someone I am authorised to act for, real or AI generated, shared without consent. (Tick this if it applies. It puts the report on the 48 hour track.)

Report received. We have it, and a receipt is on its way to the address you gave us. A person reads every report sent through this form. If it is an intimate image shared without consent, we act within 48 hours and tell you what we did.

If you would rather write to us

Email [email protected] with a link to the image or a description of where it is, the reason it should be removed, and a way to reach you. That is enough. The 48 hour commitment for intimate images applies to email reports too.

What happens next

You get an automatic email receipt with your reference number as soon as the report reaches us, well inside the 24 hours we commit to.
A person reviews it. For intimate images shared without consent, we remove the image, and any identical copies we know about, within 48 hours.
We tell you what we decided and why.
We tell the person who posted the content that it was removed, on what ground, and how to contest it. We do not pass on your name or email address unless you ask us to.
If you disagree with our decision, reply to our message and a person will look again.

What we do with the details you send here is covered by the Privacy Policy, under "Reports sent through this website": we store what you write, the link you give us, your email address so we can answer you, and a one-way hash of your network address so the form cannot be flooded. We keep the report as a moderation record so we can act on it and account for the decision.
